1. Company Information

Expat Health Spain is a digital platform specialized in medical insurance for expatriates and Spanish visas. We act as authorized insurance intermediaries, facilitating the contracting of policies that meet the consular and immigration requirements of Spain.

2. Services Offered

We offer intermediation for the contracting of medical insurance specifically designed for Spanish visas, including: student visas, work, non-lucrative, golden visa and family reunification. Our services include personalized advice, issuance of official certificates and support throughout the process.

3. Contracting Process

By using our services, the customer agrees to:

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. We accept payments by credit/debit card, bank transfer and direct debit. Premiums can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually depending on the chosen plan.

5. Rights and Obligations

Customer Obligations:

• Pay premiums on the established deadlines
• Report any relevant change in your situation

Our Obligations:

• Issue official certificate within maximum 48 hours
• Provide support during the visa process
• Maintain confidentiality of personal data
• Resolve claims quickly and clearly

6. Cancellation and Refunds

The customer has the right to cancel within the first 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (EU/UK statutory withdrawal right). If the visa is denied, we suspend the policy provided it has not been used (i.e., no medical visits or hospitalisations have occurred). Later cancellations are subject to the insurer's terms and conditions.

7. Liability Limitations

Expat Health Spain acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for decisions of consular or immigration authorities. We do not guarantee visa approval, although our insurance meets all documented requirements. Responsibility for medical coverage lies with the contracted insurer.

• Coverage is subject to the insurer's conditions
• We are not responsible for inaccuracies in client data, but we will gladly help verify and correct them.
• Force majeure: pandemics, legislative changes, etc.

8. Data Protection

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days prior notice. Changes will not affect already formalized contracts. The current version will always be available on our website.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
